Key Issues and how they were managed:
Norton Mechanical were approached by Heritage Design & Build to provide the design and installation of the full mechanical services installation to Ramparts House ST Georges Hill Weybridge in January 2013.
Norton were selected for this project by the client following a number of previously successful projects having continually delivered on time on budget to our client.
The services installation was designed to provide the six bedroom property with the most economical and efficient systems but to withstand the demand potential of the large property could have for heating, cooling and hot water demand. Having considerable knowledge of designing and constructing properties of this specification Norton were able to work in partnership with the client ensuring the building services installation was incorporated into the property’s ultimate design intent.
The systems incorporated into the project were Ground source heatpumps, remotely house gas boilers, Underfloor heating, building management controls, DB12 insulated soundproofed drainage system throughout and a refrigerant based cooling system.
The building will benefit from our sister company Norton Technical Maintenance whom will commence maintenance of the advanced system within the property from completion of our works.
